360 Consulting has provided interim support to several private and public sector clients, including central and local Government initiatives and shared services centres.

We are able to provide interim support and top cover in response during periods of staff recruitment, short periods of absence, and times of turbulent business change – as well as interim mentors to shadow coach and support permanent staff. We also provide specialist project management interims, with experience of methodologies and frameworks such as Prince2, ITIL, MSP, Gateway, CRAMM, etc.

360 Consulting is able to offer full service delivery to clients, on a range of financial bases including fully outsourced. We have experience of agreeing fully managed service agreements for fixed multi-year terms, providing clients with predictability, reducing costs. We achieve this through taking full responsibility for the provision of complex services, applying appropriate technologies, often web based, to drive out inefficiencies and ensuring the quality of delivery through the use of a recognised Best Practice standards such as ITIL. We are able to provide a full range of service elements including hosting, help desk and training.

We are experienced in agreeing appropriate risk transfer and are able to offer a range of commercial arrangements to clients including transaction based pricing if required. Our typical approach is to work closely with clients to determine an output based service delivery model which will then be delivered against comprehensive service levels with appropriate service credit regimes.
