At 360 Consulting we have a financial assessment capability which includes advising on best practice for areas such as business cases development; accruals accounting; through life costing and value for money assessments. We have also supported clients on a number of specialist financial projects, including departmental audits and procurement.
360 works extensively on major procurements client side, and this often involves complex financial modelling and business case development, as well as subsequent assessments. We have also undertaken esoteric assignments related to accounting and processes for match funding for Social Funds and other regeneration grants. We have also supported various departments with their move to accruals accounting and related systems changes.
